How to verify a license

Where we offer each service
Our public adjuster licenses are Texas licenses, so we currently offer public adjusting in Texas. Appraisal and umpire services are available across the United States; we serve as umpire only on claims where we have no other role.
Public adjusters work for you
A public adjuster is hired by the policyholder and works for the policyholder, not for the insurance company.
One role per claim
Public adjusting, appraisal and umpire work are separate engagements — we never take more than one role on the same claim. If we are your public adjuster, we will not also be your appraiser or umpire on that claim, because appraisal depends on impartial appraisers and umpires.
