General information only
This website is for general information. It is not legal advice, and it is not advice about any particular claim or policy. 3 Point Adjusting, LLC is not a law firm. If you need legal advice, speak to an attorney.
Results vary
Every claim is different. Results described on this site are not a promise about your claim, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes. What an insurer pays depends on your policy, the facts of the loss and the law that applies.
Sending us a message
Sending the claim review form or contacting us through this site starts a conversation. It does not by itself create an agreement for services; any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement.
Licensing
3 Point Adjusting, LLC is licensed as a public adjuster by the Texas Department of Insurance. See our licensing disclosures for license numbers and how to verify them.
One role per claim
Public adjusting, appraisal and umpire work are separate engagements — we never take more than one role on the same claim.
Links to other sites
This site may link to websites we do not run, such as the Texas Department of Insurance. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. A link is not an endorsement.
Ownership of this site
The content of this website, including its text, images and logo, belongs to 3 Point Adjusting, LLC or is used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse it without our permission.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about these terms or your use of this website is to be brought in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
