What we collect
When you send us the claim review form on this site, we collect the details you type into it:
- your name and phone number;
- your email address, if you choose to give one;
- the ZIP code of the property;
- the kind of help you are looking for (public adjusting, appraisal, umpire, or not sure yet);
- the type of damage and where your claim stands; and
- anything else you add in the message box.
The form also records which page of this site you sent it from. If you call or email us instead, we have whatever you tell us.
Submitting your claim through the claim form
When you use the Submit Your Claim tab on the Contact page, the form on that tab is loaded from our claim management system’s own web address, not from this website. What you enter there, including your contact details, claim information, documents and photos, is received by 3 Point Adjusting, LLC and stored in our claim management system.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply about your claim, to tell you whether we can help, and to point you to the service that fits. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your request.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who receives it, and how long we keep it
The free claim review form is delivered to 3 Point Adjusting, LLC by email. The message itself is not stored on the web server. To limit spam, the form handler keeps short-lived, scrambled (hashed) counters of visitor IP addresses and phone numbers on the server. If you hire us as your public adjuster, we keep our records for the period Texas law requires.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this section.
